Zinsser Krud Kutter Caulk & Sealant Remover

Zinsser Krud Kutter Caulk & Sealant Remover- removes nearly all types of caulks and sealants including silicone, polyurethane, acrylic caulks and polyurethane foam sealants.

The light gel formula clings and stays wet longer to remove even the toughest sealants both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for sinks, countertops, showers and baths, skirting boards and interior & exterior trim.

Directions for Use- always test first on an inconspicuous area.Not recommended for painted, varnished or refinished surfaces, this product may dull uPVC, we therefore recommend scraping off as much caulk or sealent as possible then masking the surface so this product is only in contact with uPVC where any residul sealent remains.

Fresh Caulk- wipe up as much as possible with a rag ot towel apply the product and wait 1 minute, then wipe up remaining caulk. Rinse the surface with a damp rag to finish.

Dry Caulk or Sealent- scrape, cut or pull away any caulk that can be easily removed and score the edge of the remaining caulk, thouougly sacurate the caulk with the Krud Kutter, allow to soak for 5-20 minutes or until the caulk loosens (some applications may require longer depending on the type and amount of caulk to remove). Scrape off with a caulk sctaper or flexible blade, repreat the application if needed. Wipe the surface with a wet soapy cloth when finished.
