If an order is placed before 2.30pm and the items are in stock, they will be despatched the same day and processed on a next working day service.
PLEASE NOTE; ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2.30PM ON A FRIDAY MAY BE PACKED AND DESPATCHED OVER THE WEEKEND BUT THESE ORDERS WILL NOT LEAVE US UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AND BE OUT FOR DELIVERY ON THE TUESDAY.

We use a trusted a fully tracked courier service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.
There are a very small amount of specialist items that require a specific courier service, and delivery times for these are 1 - 3 working days. This information will be shown on these particular product pages.
The majority of items on our site are in stock. However, if the item is currently out of stock or awaiting delivery from the manufacturer, please allow 4 - 5 working days for your order to be delivered.
We deliver throughout mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas. Please note, due to external factors that effect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project.
There are some Mirka products marked (DD) which take 5 - 10 working days for delivery

Conditions
The address you provide for delivery must be either:-
(1) The Cardholders address ( the address on the Statement)
(2) An alternative address, either residential, business or your place
of work and which we can verify before despatch.
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
Direct Despatch
Some items e.g. Ladders are despatched direct from our suppliers and will be clearly marked D.D
Collection
If you prefer to collect products in store this is fine. However please call us in advance to ensure the products are in stock and available at the store as some product ranges may be stocked at our separate warehouse facility. If this is the case and you arrive at the store without informing us, we may not be able to provide the product or there may be a wait.
