Johnstone's Cleaner and Degreaser

Johnstone's Trade Cleaner & Degreaser- is an alkaline, non-caustic detergent designed as a degreasing pre-treatment for soiled and contaminated surfaces, prior to painting. Suitable for application by stiff brush, pressure spray, or cloth, Johnstone's Trade Cleaner & Degreaser is biodegradable and suitable for use on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, concrete, previously painted surfaces and much more. The product is water based and can be thinned using water. For best results, Johnstone's Trade Cleaner & Degreaser should be applied to substrate and scrubbed with a stiff brush until heavy contamination is removed.

Application- Suitable for application by stiff brush, pressure spray or cloth. For brushing/scrubbing: Dilute 1 part Cleaner & Degreaser with 50 parts warm water. For pressure spraying: Dilute 1 part Cleaner & Degreaser with 200 parts warm water. For best results, apply to substrate and scrub with a stiff brush until heavy contamination is removed. Two or more applications may be necessary depending on the amount of contamination present. After scrubbing thoroughly, the surface should be rinsed with water to remove loose particles and all soluble materials. Allow to dry before priming
