Cuprinol Anti-Slip Decking Stain

Cuprinol Anti-slip Decking Stain- provides durable, long lasting protection for all softwood and hardwood decking. It contains invisible anti-slip microbeads which makes decking safer than untreated decking and also has algicide within that helps protect against green algae and mould growth.

The Stain provides a decorative, rich colour finish that is semi-transparent and suitable for use on all decking and is particularly good for decking steps. It is ideal for home or commercial use.

Coverage: up to 12 sq m per litre

Drying time: 2 - 6 hours

Application: Brush or roller

Application details:

• Stir thoroughly before use
• Final colour will depend upon wood type, previous treatment and the number of coats applied
• Apply 2-3 coats evenly along the grain, avoiding overlaps
• When applying subsequent coats, allow each coat to dry fully before re-coating
• Avoid heavy wear and tear for a few days after application
• On previously stained decking, touch up bare areas and allow to dry before finishing with further coats
• Do not apply in temperatures below 5C, in damp conditions or if rain is likely before the product has dried.

Cleaning:

Remove as much stain as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning with water. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature or wet conditions.
