Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt

Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt - offers a finish that is 100% more stain resistant compared to conventional Crown Trade matt vinyl emulsion. It has superior cleaning capabilities which do not compromise the integrity or finished appearance of the paint film.

Recommended usage: Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt is well-suited for high-traffic, indoor areas such as hallways and interior walls. 

Benefits: New and aged stains can be easily cleaned away, returning walls to an ‘as new’ condition – reducing the need for costly redecoration. Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable is a true flat matt with 10,000 scrubs durability. It has been independently tested to ISO 11998 Class 1 scrub rating for guaranteed results in high-traffic areas.

Drying Time: Under normal drying conditions, touch dry in 1-2 hours and re-coatable after 4 hours. Allow for adequate ventilation during the drying period.

Spreading Rate: Up to 14m² per litre on smooth surfaces.

Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt Coating System: Apply two coats as required. Certain colours may require additional coats to give complete obliteration.

Application: Stir well before use. Apply the Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt by brush or medium pile roller. For airless spray (dilution may be required. For further information, follow the spray manufacturer’s guidelines. Always intermix packs for colour consistency.

Cleaning: A small residue of colour may be wiped away when the painted surface is first cleaned. This is entirely normal and in no way compromises the integrity or finished appearance of the paint film. Marks on the painted surface can be wiped away with a damp cloth.

The product will take 1 week to become fully cured and scrubbable.

Colours: All Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt colours are available in stock and are tinted on-site on our computerised Crown tinting machine and are available for immediate delivery. The tinted colour ranges available are BS, Ral & Crown Trade colours, we can also tint to most other manufacturers' house colours.

Please note: Tinted colours cannot be cancelled or returned once mixed.
