Blackfriar Matt Black Paint -is a black Non-Reflective paint which is ideal for interior metal, wood and plaster. This product is recommended for timber beams, iron work, stage scenery and darkrooms. Blackfriar's say this product can be used externally on timber and metal and the tins are currently being re-labelled to emphasise this point.
Preperation- ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, sound and free from wax grease or any other contamination. Previously painted surfaces in sound condition should be abraded and de-greased prior to direct application of this product.
Application- stir thoroughly prior to use with a broad stirrer. The product may be applied by brush roller or spray. Two coats are recommended to give the best protection.
Thinning- is not recommended
Coverage- up to 14 sq mts per litre per coat
